Arvid de Kleijn, born on March 21, 1994, is a Dutch professional cyclist with the UCI ProTeam Tudor Pro Cycling Team. He joined Rally Cycling in 2021, becoming the team's first European member.
In his 2021 season, de Kleijn achieved significant victories, including winning the first stage of the Tour of Turkey and the Route Adélie race. His performance that year also featured strong finishes, such as fifth in Paris–Chauny and sixth at Omloop van het Houtland. The following year, he secured a win in the first stage of the Four Days of Dunkirk and placed ninth at the Veenendaal–Veenendaal Classic.
The 2023 season was particularly successful for de Kleijn, highlighted by his victory at Milano–Torino. He excelled at the Tour de Langkawi, winning the points classification and two stages. Further victories came in single stages at the Boucles de la Mayenne, ZLM Tour, and Deutschland Tour. Additionally, he finished second at the Veenendaal–Veenendaal Classic and achieved other notable race placements.
