🎥 Life-threatening move by soon-to-be ex-rider of UAE Team Emirates causes uproar, even among team management

Felix Groß did not make a good impression at UAE Team Emirates, the team he will no longer represent after December 31, 2023. The 25-year-old German was spotted during a training session, hanging onto the back of a truck. The UAE Team Emirates team boss even reacted to the incident on social media.

Groß, who has been riding for UAE Team Emirates since 2022 but never really managed to make a significant impression, probably didn't realize he was being filmed. On a major road, he let himself be pulled along by a truck. "Regrettable and unacceptable," states Matxin, responding to the video that was circulating on social media.

The rider in the footage was initially said to be Felix Großschartner, which is probably why Matxin felt the need to respond. However, turns out the footage is actually of Groß. "He will not be riding with us anymore in 2024, but that doesn't mean what he did isn't regrettable."
