Q36.5 Pro Cycling has finalized its roster for 2025. The Pro Continental team secured a major star in Tom Pidcock, and the Brit has brought along several trusted personnel from INEOS Grenadiers. Who will be supporting him in his ambitions for the classics and stage races?

The key figure behind Pidcock’s success in cyclo-cross, mountain biking, and road cycling is Belgian Kurt Bogaerts. Naturally, Bogaerts will also make the move to Q36.5, taking on the title of Head of Technical Performance. Xenia de Roose, also from INEOS, will join the team and contribute to the nutrition and performance staff supporting Pidcock and his colleagues.

"First impressions are always important, and my impressions of Q36.5 Pro Cycling were very positive," said Bogaerts. "It’s very special to continue working with Tom. Xenia and I have been part of his career since 2018, and together we’ve achieved great results. I look forward to continuing that journey in this new environment. With our technical partners, we aim to play an important role in the future of cycling. We race for the future, which is also the team's motto. And this project offers so many opportunities for growth. Together, we’re going to make something amazing of 2025."

Completing the picture for Pidcock, his younger brother Joe Pidcock is also joining Q36.5. The 22-year-old Brit raced for Trinity Racing in 2024, where Tom Pidcock also began his cycling career. With Pidcock junior added into the mix, the team now has 25 riders. Team manager Doug Ryder is enthusiastic about the influx of talent. "We’re embarking on an incredible, new adventure. With Tom’s arrival, our ambitions have changed, and I’m proud of this team."
