World Cycling Championship program 2024 | 8 days of battle for rainbow jerseys on Swiss soil

The 2024 World Cycling Championships will be held in Zurich, Switzerland. Spread over eight days, the best cyclists (men and women) will compete in time and road races. Who, what, and when to expect? That is what IDLProCycling.com sets out for you in this overview.

Officially, the World Championships will start on Saturday, Sept. 21. Still, the pros will enter the global championships on Sunday, Sept. 22. In addition to the elite categories, races for juniors and U23 will also be held in Zurich, as will the Mixed Relay. All races will arrive at Sechseläutenplatz in the Swiss city after rounds are held on the so-called Lakeside Circuit on Lake Zurich.
