🎥 "Something special is coming up": Van Aert and co apparently wear a unique Visma | Lease a Bike jersey during Tour of Flanders

Although the Tour of Flanders is still a month away, preparations are already underway. For example, Wout van Aert has already traveled to Tenerife for altitude training to prepare for his big goal this spring, while the marketing department of Visma | Lease a Bike is also busy.

In a teaser released on Wednesday, the team seems to be preparing a special kit for the Tour of Flanders. "Something special is coming up for the Tour of Flanders," we read on social media. In the video, we see Van Aert trying on a jersey, which will undoubtedly be released later.

Last year, Van Aert could not ride the Tour of Flanders after a crash in Dwars door Vlaanderen. Last weekend, the Belgian rode the Opening Weekend and will return to the E3 Saxo Classic after three weeks of training.

In the E3 Saxo Classic, Van Aert will also face Mathieu van der Poel—winner of Le Samyn—and Tadej Pogacar for the first time, and again one week later in the Tour of Flanders—in a special jersey.
